No minimum stay during the Summer Season, however 20% will be added to the rates above for One night Saturday Only Reservations.

Two night minimum stay during Fall Season Weekends.

DEPOSIT POLICY |
| 50% of lodging charge is due at time of booking. Final payment is due on arrival. Same day arrivals require a credit card with NO cancellation refund. |
| CANCELLATION POLICIES |

SUMMER |
| FALL Minimum $10 cancellation Fee on any Reservation. If cancellation is received within 14 days of reservation, a charge of $25.00 from the initial deposit will be retained. If cancellation is received within 7 days of reservation, full payment will be retained. |
| GROUP RESERVATIONS If cancellation is received within 50 days of reservation, the charge will vary accordingly. This charge is up to a manager's discretion, based on length of stay and size of group. |
| All rates are subject to state, country, and local sales tax of 5.7%. |
