• Kids under 12 are free.

• Pets are $10.57 extra and are allowed in the Cabins Only.

• Rates are per room Not per person.

• An extra fee of $10.57 will apply for any extra guests over the number of guests specified below.

• No minimum stay during the Summer Season, however 20% will be added to the rates above for One night Saturday Only Reservations.

• Reservations that include Saturday night require two nights minimum during Holiday Weekends. No two night minimum for Friday or Sunday reservations on Holiday Weekends

• Summer Holidays add $10.57 per room or cabin.

        Fall

• Two night minimum stay during Fall Season Weekends.

• No two night minimum stay for Sunday reservations.

• Fall Holidays add $21.14 per cabin or room to the rates above.

        Winter & Spring

• No minimum stay during the Winter and Spring season.

• Reservations that include Saturday night require two nights minimum during Holiday Weekends. No two night minimum for Friday or Sunday reservations on Holiday Weekends

• Winter and Spring Holidays add $10.57 per room or cabin.
