Summer
• No minimum stay during the Summer Season, however 20% will be added to the rates above for One night Saturday Only Reservations.
• Reservations that include Saturday night require two nights minimum during Holiday Weekends. No two night minimum for Friday or Sunday reservations on Holiday Weekends
• Summer Holidays add $10.57 per room or cabin.
Fall
• Two night minimum stay during Fall Season Weekends.
• No two night minimum stay for Sunday reservations.
• Fall Holidays add $21.14 per cabin or room to the rates above.

• No minimum stay during the Winter and Spring season.
• Reservations that include Saturday night require two nights minimum during Holiday Weekends. No two night minimum for Friday or Sunday reservations on Holiday Weekends

Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT POLICY
50% of lodging charge is due at time of booking. Final payment is due on arrival. Same day arrivals require a credit card with NO cancellation refund.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
SUMMER
Minimum $10 cancellation Fee on any Reservation. If cancellation is received within 7 days of reservation, a charge of $25.00 from the initial deposit will be retained. If cancellation is received within 48 hours of reservation, full payment will be retained.
FALL
Minimum $10 cancellation Fee on any Reservation. If cancellation is received within 14 days of reservation, a charge of $25.00 from the initial deposit will be retained. If cancellation is received within 7 days of reservation, full payment will be retained.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
If cancellation is received within 50 days of reservation, the charge will vary accordingly. This charge is up to a manager's discretion, based on length of stay and size of group.
All rates are subject to state, country, and local sales tax of 5.7%.
