Whitcomb Summit Project Update (last updated January 15, 2008) Our entire facilities are being upgraded, each unit in our motel and cottages are being offered for individual ownership and will be managed by an experienced team. Owners will enjoy a beautiful resort in the Berkshires and when they are not here we will rent the units for them.
